RITFITNESS INC. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the RITFIT App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

3.1 Information We Collect

3.1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: your name, email address, and password when you register.
• RITFIT product order number, provided for challenge eligibility verification.
• Check-in photos taken through the in-app camera, automatically watermarked with the RITFIT logo and timestamp.
• Workout logs and fitness activity data that you manually enter or record within the App.
• Content submitted via Google Form at challenge milestones, including workout photos and videos. This submission is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com). We receive submitted content and associated metadata.

3.1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Push notification token: a device identifier used to send you in-app push notifications such as check-in reminders and challenge updates, subject to your device notification permissions.
• Device information: device type, operating system version, app version, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage data: features accessed, screens viewed, time spent, and interaction patterns within the App.

3.2 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Verify challenge eligibility and process reward distribution.
• Validate daily check-ins and detect fraudulent activity.
• Display your workout logs and fitness progress within the App.
• Send push notifications for check-in reminders, challenge milestones, and reward updates (you may disable these at any time in your device settings).
• Communicate with you about your account, challenge status, and rewards via email.
• Use submitted check-in photos and milestone content for RITFIT marketing and promotional purposes, subject to the content license in Section 1.9 of the Challenge Rules.
• Improve, maintain, and personalize the App experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3.3 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: trusted third-party vendors who help operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery), bound by confidentiality agreements and only permitted to use your data to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RITFIT, its users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified via in-app notice or email.
• Google LLC: milestone content submitted via Google Forms is processed by Google. We are not responsible for Google's data practices. See policies.google.com.

3.4 Data Retention

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
• Check-in photos and workout data are retained for up to twelve (12) months following account deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
• Push notification tokens are deleted when you uninstall the App or withdraw notification permissions.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 3.5).

3.5 Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately at appsupport@ritfitsports.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3.6 Your Rights & Choices

• Access & correction: you may view and update your account information at any time through App settings.
• Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting appsupport@ritfitsports.com. Note that deletion may affect active challenge participation or forfeit pending rewards.
• Push notifications: you may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
• Marketing emails: you may opt out of promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

3.7 Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact appsupport@ritfitsports.com.

3.8 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
